How do I know what assets are exempt from probate under form FL-ET30?
I'm completing form FL-ET30 for a deceased aunt. Under Section 4 'asset description', how do I identify those assets that are exempt from probate?

My question is in regards to the need to probate a will in Texas. My mother is close to death and she currently has no assets or debt.
