Full Question:
My Mother has been living with a gentleman for twenty-five years. They planned on getting married, but never did. He is now very ill in the hospital, and I am concerned if my mother has any rights. Her companion owns the home that they have shared for all these years and one of the questions I wanted answered was does she have any rights or could she be thrown out in the streets in the event of his death, heaven forbid.
