I got married in Hong Kong on 1994 and the same year when I visited my parents we got married in Las Vegas as well. I filed divorce in Hong Kong and the final decree was granted to me on 2006. The final decree has dissolve the marriage in Hong Kong and stated that the same marriage was registered in Nevada. Do I need to get another divorce in Nevada? O r do I just need to register the divorce decree. My fiancee now is a permanent resident in California. Though we can get married in Hong Kong, I wanted to know if our marriage will be valid in the States.
