How do I go back to court to have my child support order reviewed?
Full Question:
My unallocated child support is ending in June. My divorce decree states that I have the right to go back to court for review to have it continue. Also, The ex-husband has not shown me his taxes in 3 years. I want to know what I have to do. Do I just go to court and file forms and see a judge or does this require a lawyer. Which forms do I file if that is all I have to do?
