What are the requirements to become emancipated?
Full Question:
I am a 16 year old girl. I will be 17 in a couple of weeks. I was put into foster care when I was 13 and around the time I was 15 I did PLC with a foster family. I currently have a job and have numerous safe and healthy enviroments to stay for as long as needed. I am a junior and I have a gpa of 3.6. I think that the best thing for me would be to get out of the system and continue to acheive my goals such as planning for college. I plan to attend for education. Some of my other goals are to reunite with my biological family. I was wondering what PA laws say about a case like mine and what I would have to do to complete this process and its requirements.
