My boss was involved in an accident with a bicycle. The rider of the bicycle lost control of his bike and hit the side of the car. There was damage to the car and the bicyclist went to the hospital with minor injuries. My boss did not receive a ticket. The officer determined that it was not his fault. Can the cyclist still sue for hospital bills?
