Can somebody legally film or take pictures of another person during sexual activity without that persons consent, and bring it into a court case, or trial in the state of Florida? Can a minor be placed on a lease for an apartment in the state of Ohio?

Individuals in Ohio under the age of eighteen (18) may contract relative to performance of legal duty and for the purchase of necessity; however, those contracts may be voidable at the decision of the individual and disaffirm within a reasonable period of time after reaching the age of eighteen (18).
