My grandson in Oregon went through life altering cancer two years ago. His wife and he have been separated since shortly after the cancer operation. They are now seeking a divorce. She can afford an attorney, he cannot. How can he locate an attorney to do pro Bono assistance or minimal financial assistance? Thanks for your follow through.
