Needing a Legal Form to Loan Money to a Mexican Business
Full Question:
I plan on starting an LLC for my online business where it will sell some products and advertising spots. I also plan on loaning money to small mexican businesses and individuals. Do I need any special license or legal forms to do that?

In Arizona, Articles of Organization must be filed with the Secretary of State in order to form a LLC. Any person other than a partnership transacting business in the state under a fictitious name or a designation not showing the name of the owner of the business or the
name of the corporation doing such business shall record with the county recorder of the county in which the place of business is located a trade name/DBA certificate. A lender is generally required to be licensed by the state Department of Financial Institutions.
