Is there anything I can file in court to get immediate child support?
Full Question:
My husband and I have been separated for about 8 months. He has paid some child support, but now refuses to, saying that he doesn't have to do that until the judge tells him so. He has been giving my son spending money weekly, but has not given me money, and the judge told him at our last court date that he should be giving the child support to me. Is there anything I can file in court to get immediate child support?
