I was caught with Driving without a License. Can I still get a hardship?
Full Question:
I just became eligible for my hardship last week. My appointment is for 9-10-07 at the DMV to get it back and I was caught driving 2 days ago again for DWLS habitual. Will I still be able to get my hardship when I go on Monday? And would I be able to show it at my court date for the DWLS habitual?

Answer:
The hardship license would not do any good at the DWLS hearing if you had not obtained it when the offense was committed.
