What can I do if I feel I have been discriminated upon at work by my supervisor?
Full Question:
I am having several issues at work. I am not comfortable going to HR as I am afraid of Retaliation. There have been several confidentiality issues that have been broken. I have tried to go to someone who is in charge in absence of my supervisor but I get what do you want me to do about it. I did not pass the management process and another employee did and she had told the VP that it is the same test that a future employee of a retail store has to take he made a remark about it why can't people pass just a rude thing to say. I am not comfortable where I work, I feel that my professionalism and the way that I am viewed because of certain issues is not there. Is there anything I can do?

Answer:
If the confidentiality issues only violate employer policies rather than a law, possible options are to submit an anonymous or personal complaint to another higher ranking person, talk to a union representative if you have one, or investigate ways to manage the stress you experience.
