If termites are found in a unit in my building, who is responsible for ridding the building of termites and repair of damage? Obviously they came in from outside. Please confirm that I will only be charged once for one question.

A landlord is responsible for keeping the premises in habitable condition, such as not in violation of building codes and infested with pests. State law requires all rental property owners to warrant the habitability of the premises. A landlord is therefore required by law to act as a "reasonably prudent" rental property owner in the methodology of getting rid of the infestation.
