Whare Should I file a Prenuptial Agreement?
I will get married in Las Vegas, Nevada then will buy a house for cash in Georgia with money I earned prior to marriage. We will live then in Georgia. To protect my money I paid for the house and get my original investment back in case we divorce, do I file a prenuptial in Georgia or Las Vegas?

My fiance and I want to execute a prenuptial agreement and are in agreement as to the terms we want to specify. If said agreement is written by us, signed by both parties, witnessed and notarized, do we need an attorney to be involved? Does what I have described constitute a legal document in Pennsylvania?

Does a Prenuptial agreement in the State of Texas, have to be reviewed and signed by the attorney of each party, (the bride's attorney) and (the groom's attorney) to become a legal binding document in the future or can it just be notarized by a public notary? The forms that US Legal provided us doesn't specify this.

Does a prenuptual agreement protect assets gained during the marriage? For example: If I am worth 10 million now, but I make 30 million during the marriage will my partner be entitled to half of the 30 million or will the prenuptual protect what I make during that time?
