I am 15 and am about to turn 16 in 3 months. I live with my grandparents but they are unsuitable as guardians. They are both 81 and are suffering from many different things, and have "lost they're minds" in a medical sense. My 19 year old friend who financially could support me is willing to, what steps do I have to take to make this possible?
