Is there a way to emancipate my fourteen year old because she is out of my control?
My fourteen child is a chronic runaway. She does not attend school. I've been to court many times to answer why shes not in school. I am 17, and my mother is trying to kick me out of the house. She has legal custody over me, and my dad lives in in another state and I am not willing to move there. And I have a full time job.
