How Do I Cash Checks of My Deceased Grandmother in Alabama?
My mom died in 1/18/10, she was 87yrs. old she received a small check monthly for mineral rights, her name was the only one one the check. What must we the children (6) with the future checks that comes in her name? She had no will.
