Will it be necessary to have mother's Will probated?
Full Question:
My question is in regards to the need to probate a will in Texas. My mother is close to death and she currently has no assets or debt. She will have an insurance payout after her death from her retirement package to be distributed to her heirs (5 daughters). Will it be necessary to have her will probated? My father died over a year ago.
