Will Proprety in Another State Be Protected if I File Bankruptcy?
I am married. My wife and I own property in Oregon paid for tenants by entity. We live in Hawaii most of time. I have 30.000 in debt in my name only if i file bankruptcy is Oregon protected? I have many different answers by many different people and just want the law please help.

Can a Bank remove a co-borrower while I am in chapter 13 on a home? I filed based on unsecure debt. I am paying the home as agreed and never was late on orignal loan documents.
