Will an ex-wife get the child custody if her ex-husband had struck the child when he was 3-year-old?
My friend and her ex-husband are contesting for the custody of their five year old son. Her ex-husband struck the child once, when he was three years old. Does this mean my friend has greater chances of getting custody?
