How Does a Separated Spouse in Florida Sell Her Share of a Cemetery Lot?
My Aunt needs to separate a cemetery lot she purchased with current husband, they been separated for 8 years now but still legally married. What form she would need to complete to separated the two cemetery lots. She would like to sell her lot at this time.
