Can I Sue for Negligent Plumbing Repair Services After the Warranty is Expired?
A plumber winterized a house I just bought, but I found several leaks in the water system when I turned the water on. He did the job about two years ago, and his position is that his bills/receipts say that his warranty is only for one year. My position that his explicit one year warranty doesn't releive him of his responsibility to do the job properly.

Cannot sell car. started pro se action. have their answers they object to everything and claim they got info from 3rd party confidential source with out details ofwhere the 3rd party got the info. Car fax says they just sell the report they are not responsable if it;s wrong. Are they on solid ground here?
