Can I get a bartender's license if I had a DUI before?
I am looking into getting a bartenders license, and can't seem to find it on-line? Also, I got a DUI on June 15th 2006 and I went thru the deferral program, can I still get the license?

1. If a parent has sole physical custody, and joint legal custody, does the parent who has physical custody have to send a sick child to the non-custodial parent because its their weekend with child? 2. I feel misconduct in the court system resulted in the loss of physical custody of my children who were 11, and 13 at the time. Do I have any legal recourse?

Isn't there some kind of law that prohibits any further action based on allegations beginning with false criminal entry into a residential home, false arrest, and detaining children through social services. The whole plan of action was orchestrated and allegations through the dependancy juvenile court is still going on, with the children still in temp custody.
