How Much Interest Can I Collect for a Past Due Debt in Wisconsin?
Six months ago my in-laws terminated a lifelease in Wisconsin and were due back (two months ago) approx. $100,000 from the complex/non-profit corporation. What do think would be fair to ask in interest and penalties on the money due us?
