I purchased a used vehicle recently and have had a dispute with the seller over the final purchase price. I sent him a letter with a check asking him to accept this as the final payment for the vehicle upon cashing. Can you tell me if after he cashed/deposited that check that stated final payment, am I still obligated to pay anymore towards the car?
