Who is responsible for the money lost in my flex plan when the company changed providers mid year?
My Employer switched providers this year for our flex 125 plan. Funds were deducted for me throughout January this year. The plan with first provider ended at end of Jan. New provider 125 plan begins March 1. My employer tells me that funds taken out in January will only be available for claims occurring in January (to the first provider).
