Can a 16 year old divorce her parents?
Can a 16 year old divorce her parents? She does not want to be with her mom anymore and her paternal father has never been in her life. If she can divorce her mother can the 'father figure' in her whole life go to court to get custody and adopt her? There is abuse but no evidence to prove it.

Being in Hawaii I bought vacation timeshare trial program (not the membership - just a trial). I would like to rescind. The contract was signed on the December 21. How much time do I have to rescind if it is still possible? Does the holiday days count to the rescission period?
