How Do I Get My Sewing Machine Back?
I lent a former friend $2,500.00 November 2008 and she has made one payment. I drew up a contract and it is signed both by me and her. I also let her borrow a very expensive embroidery machine, which she has not returned. She no longer made any payments and all of a sudden she said I took her moms ring, so she didn't have to pay me. What are my options?
