What forms are needed for my wife to deed her part of the home to me?
My wife and I have been separated for three years. I am taking over the mortgage payment. She has agreed that I can do a quitclaim on the home. How can I do this? Can she deed the house over as a gift? What forms would I need and how can I get them?
