How do I get a copy of the information from my felony conviction?
I requested court records or a statement from the court, and then an explanation as to the drug, amount, and means of distribution for which I was convicted. This was back in 1990-91 in the state of West Virginia. The case was tried in Wheeling (federal) court. How do I go about getting these records and/or information?
