Contracts for Sale of Real Estate
We thought our house was sold 2yrs. ago. The deal fell through. Now we have someone who wants us to do contract for sale. Should we or are we leaving ourselves to vulnerable? My husband is 71 and needs to retire. We have good credit and are not behind on payments. However, when he retires we won't have the income. Thank You.
