If I was married for less than one year what is the fair way to divide our property?
I only married for a short time for one year marriage; however, because of my husband's viloence I filed the divorce. We have one child. How can we divide our property if we only have this short marriage?

I have a condo in a resort that I totally own. The board has made it almost impossible for me to continue to afford the monthly condo fees as they have raised them higher than a regular mortgage would cost. Is there anything I can do to stop this? The condo is in Oregon.

If I rented to a couple and I never signed the lease and only one who did is on the run from the police. The girlfriend and kid were left behind and has lots of family in the area.
