How would I add someone to the Deed of my home?
I am the owner of my home and want to add my partner's name to the title for property tax purposes. We are not married. He is turning 65 years old and I want to freeze my taxes. I have a will that leaves my home to him upon my death. Is this the legal deed I need to file to the county showing he is an equal owner?

My daughter is 18 years old, as long as she attends school I am obligated to pay child support. She is pregnant and her baby is due next month. Am I still required to pay support for an 18 year old 'child' who will be a single parent? Is it possible to emancipate my 18 year old daughter who will graduate from high school in June?
