Is adultery considered legally as moral turpitude to dismiss an employee?
moral turpitude....it did not mention "adultery"? Is ADULTERY considered legally as moral turpitude to dismiss an employee, when the adultery commited was NOT done on company time? rnMy son's company confiscated his computer and found information that he had gone to "ESCORT" sites and then e-mail from a specific ESCORT.Would this be considered under "moral turpitude"?

I am the biological father of a child that lives with her mother in Indiana. We were never married- in fact I am and was married when this child was concieved. The mother and I agree that it would be in the childs best interest for me to give up parental rights. Is that allowed in Indiana? I heard it was only allowed if there is another person to adopt her.

I have lived in my home for 24 years. The land on which I live belongs to my mother and sister. I have never been asked for rent or payment of any kind, however my mother is getting older and I want to ensure that if something were to happen to her that I will inherit the land on which I live. Can a person who is the primary person on the insurance coverage ever NOT be responsible for the medical bills of the secondary (spouse) insurance person? Is there a way for the secondary person to be responsible and still have the insurance coverage.

If and order of protection is ganted to a person, is it ok for that person who was granted the protection, to call and harass the person that the order is against? Are they allowed to call the person 1 to 4 times a day? Does that also give the right to change visitation to different dates then what the Judge wrote down?

My husband signed a non competition clause at his place of employment. When he signed it he assumed it was to be a year from the time that he signed it. Now he has been offered a position with a competitor. His current employer states it is from the time of termination. He never recieved a copy of this contract after signing it. How can he go about getting around the contract?
